Catalyst faculty are thought leaders and scholars who hail from top universities all over the US and the world. They are passionate teachers and unparalleled mentors. Faculty choose to join The Catalyst because they love to engage in high-impact teaching in the greatest cities in the world. Their own research agendas are advanced every summer they help lead this journey. Not only because they take time on The Catalyst to use archives and other research repositories abroad. But also because of the unique site visits and special guest faculty they incorporate into how and where they deliver their Catalyst classes. Most Catalyst faculty have ten years of experience teaching students abroad. Many have been departmental chairs, associate deans or directors of graduate studies at their home universities.
